Welcome to  Ms. Robin's 3RD GRADE DRAGON CLASS  “We sing through the day.”

Robin-Stoenner-200x300Robin was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She moved to California with her family in 1969 and received a B.A. in English Literature in 1974. For the next ten years, Robin worked in early childhood development in New Orleans and southern California and decided to go into public education in 1986. She received her clear teaching credential in 1989 from California Polytechnic at San Luis Obispo.

Storytelling and literature are passions for Robin and she has trained with storytellers from England, as well as Nevada County’s own local storytelling festival. She has also worked extensively with early literacy and helped establish the reading program at Gold Run School, where she taught for two years. Robin has directed summer arts camps and headed a small private homeschool.
